Q&A — Common Issues

Answers to frequently asked questions about ZeroBot

ZeroBot requires PHP version 7.4 or higher. Make sure your hosting or server supports it before uploading the script.

You can check your PHP version by running:

php -v

This means your domain is not registered in the ZeroBot Dashboard.

Go to Dashboard → My Domains (under Antibot Setup) and add your domain.

Important: Add only the root domain, not subdomains or URLs:

example.com (correct)
www.example.com (not needed)
test.example.com (not needed)
https://example.com (incorrect)

Once you add example.com, all its subdomains are automatically covered.

See the full guide: Authorized Domains Documentation →

If you see a real IP getting blocked, it means it was detected by the fingerprint system.

If you're using a VPN, RDP, or a connection without real IP access, you can whitelist it manually.

To allow your IP, go to the dashboard → Whitelist & Blacklist ManagerAdd IP.

Go to your dashboard and navigate to Captcha Customization.

From there, you can upload a new logo or change the redirect link shown on your CAPTCHA screen.

There is no log path inside the ZeroBot script itself. Logs are handled automatically inside the dashboard.

If you face a 404 or 403 error, it's not a ZeroBot issue — check your hosting configuration or confirm you uploaded the script to the correct directory.

Always upload the script with its real name, for example:

ZeroBot_V8.php

To use the link directly, access it like: https://example.com/ZeroBot_V8.php

If you prefer a cleaner URL, rename it to index.php, then your link becomes: https://example.com/

The extra amount (usually +$5) is the payment gateway fee, not from our service.

If your payment amount is short by less than $1, it will still be marked as paid to avoid unnecessary loss for you.

ZeroBot doesn't make mistakes in detection. If your IP is flagged as a bot, it's usually due to using VPN or RDP.

Disable your VPN or RDP and retry. If you must use them, authorize your IP from the dashboard to convert your status to human.

When you download the ZeroBot package, you get two files:

  • ZeroBot.php — the main redirect/validation script.
  • ZeroBot_Include.php — used to protect private files or folders.

The include file does not redirect real human IPs. Instead, it protects your folders by verifying the IP before access. To use it:

<?php include 'ZeroBot_Include.php'; ?>

No. Do not modify or turn any variable inside the script unless you fully understand its purpose.

Changing unknown settings may cause misbehavior, invalid detections, or generate reports unrelated to your activity. Always refer to the official documentation or contact support before making changes.

The 500 Internal Server Error is common and usually caused by an outdated PHP version.

ZeroBot requires PHP 7.4+ — older versions may not support all script functions. Update your server's PHP version and try again.

ZeroBot includes several services — all built on the same strong AntiBot layer.

To use the main ZeroBot script, you must have an active subscription.

However, some tools like the Redirect Generator and Domain Store do not require a subscription.

The ZeroBot AntiBot script is written in PHP. It must always be uploaded and executed with the .php extension.

Using any other extension (like .html, .txt, or .phpx) will prevent the script from running.

If your link is detected, it cannot be regenerated. However, you still have full control — you can edit the target URL anytime or delete the link from your dashboard.

When you add a URL inside the Cloaker, it always runs first.

If the cloaker field is empty, the script redirects to the $bots_location variable instead. If both are empty, ZeroBot displays a blank page.

The answer is partially yes. Your inbox rate depends on many factors: sender name, subject line, sending server, and domain reputation.

However, a protected link greatly increases your chance of inboxing your campaign and keeping it active longer.

Don't worry — this is a false positive.

PHP cannot access or harm your device's system. Some scanners flag keywords like delete or unlink as suspicious. We constantly update ZeroBot's code to avoid these detections.

We operate under a strict no-refund policy. All invoices paid are final, as payment gateways do not allow reversals due to their anti-fraud and AML rules.
